Background of the project: Wangshan Circular Economy Demonstration Park is a new type of economic industrial base planned by Zhangjiakou Municipal Government with the goal of developing circular economy and featuring "green, circular, low-carbon, science and technology". There are many large chemical and pharmaceutical enterprises in the park. The wastewater produced by the enterprises is treated as reclaimed water by the Wangshan Park Sewage Treatment Plant at a unified charge and then reused.
