Product Brief:

MBR membrane module is a device composed of MBR membrane, water production pipe, aeration pipe and bracket. Generally, it is directly put into the reaction tank, without the need for a pressure-resistant container, to form a submerged membrane bioreactor. MBR membrane support is made of all stainless steel 304/316 or FRPP material, which is highly anti-corrosion, strong acid and alkali resistance, strong and durable, and can be used for single curtain, multiple curtain, single layer and double layer.

    Product advantages
    It can effectively carry out solid-liquid separation, the quality of the effluent is good, the suspended solids and turbidity of the effluent are close to zero, and it can be directly reused, realizing the recycling of sewage;
    The efficient interception effect of the membrane makes the microorganisms completely intercepted in the reactor, realizes the complete separation of the hydraulic retention time (HRT) and the sludge age (SRT) of the reactor, and makes the operation control more flexible and stable;
    The system has higher nitrification efficiency, and has certain denitrification and phosphorus removal functions;
    The reactor operates under high volume load, low sludge load and long sludge age, so as to realize basically no excess sludge discharge;
    The secondary sedimentation tank is omitted, which saves land occupation and infrastructure investment costs;
    The system adopts PLC control, which can realize automatic control.
